Cancellation within 12 hours of scheduled task will incur a $10 cancellation fee, travel fees outside of Greenwich $0.50/mile

Please use the call ahead option most services have nowadays. Ask for at least a 30 minute before arrival call to my number. I will meet them, let them in, wait with them and communicate to you as they do repairs. Payment must be done over the phone by you using your credit card. Please confirm when you make the appointment that credit card payment over the phone is allowed. Thank you.
